Re-engineered and standardized 1,000+ servers, global LAN/WAN & remote access into consolidated centers. Customized the Tivoli suite (Netview, SSO, ADSM, Deploy/Config/Inventory Manager, Event Correlation, Application monitors, Remote Control, etc.) to automate management of 100,000 objects. Selected and implemented hardware lease management program and global maintenance agreements.
